1. SGT "Triple" Gas Purifiers
This is our absolute bestseller, as a single filter simultaneously removes the three main types of contaminants: oxygen, moisture, and hydrocarbons.
- Application: Carrier gases in gas chromatography (GC)
- Why they are popular: They provide comprehensive protection for both the column and the detector in a single, compact cartridge
- Helium-Specific Version: A specialized variant optimized for working with helium, particularly popular in GC-MS systems.
2. SGT Fuel Gas Purifiers
These filters are designed specifically for supplying flame ionization detectors (FID).
- Application: Purification of hydrogen and air for the burner
- Operation: They primarily remove moisture and hydrocarbons, which allows for a stable baseline and higher detector sensitivity.
3. SGT Standard Gas Purifiers

These traps are available in glass or metal versions. The glass versions can feature an indicator filling - the indicator shows the saturation level of the filter.

5. SGT Click-On In-Line Purifiers
This product line allows for the filter to be mounted directly on the gas line (without a fixed mounting base), which is convenient in tight spaces behind the instrument. Installation involves cutting the tubing and installing special quick-connect fittings (see diagrams below). The use of quick-connectors significantly streamlines the cartridge replacement process.
