2. Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest Jacek Malinowski zwany dalej Administratorem.

Administrator przetwarza dane osobowe w celach związanych ze współpracą handlową, w szczególności w związku z nawiązaniem i kontynuacją współpracy handlowej, przesyłaniem informacji o ofercie handlowej, udzielaniem odpowiedzi na zapytania handlowe i naukowo-techniczne, składaniem i otrzymywaniem ofert, prowadzeniem serwisu urządzeń, wymiany pisemnej korespondencji handlowej, składaniem i otrzymywaniem zamówień, wystawianiem faktur, not i listów przewozowych.

4. Pani / Pana dane osobowe są przez nas przetwarzane w oparciu o następujące podstawy prawne:

a) dobrowolnie wyrażonej zgody
b) jeżeli będzie to niezbędne do wykonania umowy, której jest Pani/Pan stroną lub do podjęcia działań na Pani/Pana żądanie, przed zawarciem umowy
c) jeżeli będzie to niezbędne do wypełnienia obowiązku prawnego ciążącego na administratorze
d) prawnie uzasadnionego interesu realizowanego przez Administratora

5. Podanie przez Panią/Pana danych jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne w celach związanych ze współpracą handlową w zakresie podanym w pkt.3.

6. Odbiorcami Pani/Pana danych osobowych będą jedynie upoważnieni pracownicy Genore chromatografia, księgowość oraz upoważnione osoby i podmioty działające na zlecenie Genore chromatografia w celu realizacji czynności opisanych w pkt.3.

7. Dane osobowe pozyskaliśmy bezpośrednio od Pani/Pana lub korzystając ze źródeł publicznych, w szczególności z firmowych stron internetowych.

8. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą do czasu wycofania zgody na ich przetwarzanie, a w niezbędnym zakresie także przez okres wynikający z przepisów prawa.

9. Jeżeli podstawą przetwarzania danych osobowych jest dobrowolnie wyrażona zgoda, można ją każdej chwili wycofać, co nie wpływa to na wcześniejszą zgodność z prawem przetwarzania danych, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.

10. Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do dostępu do swoich danych oraz ich sprostowania, żądania usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, a także prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu i przenoszenia danych. Oświadczenia w zakresie realizacji prosimy składać na adres e-mail: ado@genore.pl.

11. Do Administratora można zwrócić się z prośbą o udzielenie informacji związanych z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych oraz wnieść skargę do organu nadzorczego – Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

12. Podane przez Panią/Pana dane osobowe nie będą podlegały profilowaniu ani nie przekażemy im osobom lub podmiotom trzecim z wyjątkami opisanymi w pkt.6.
